Summary of Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Works Capturix will provide reality capture services (3D scanning, drone mapping, remote sensing) as defined in the accepted Quote. Any additional scans, flights or data collection requested outside the original scope will be billed as a variation.

2. Site Access & Readiness The Client is responsible for ensuring the site is accessible, safe, and "scan-ready" at the scheduled time. If Capturix is unable to perform work due to site obstructions, lack of access, or safety hazards, a Site Call-Out Fee may apply.

3. Data Accuracy & Verification Capturix utilizes high-precision equipment; however, environmental factors can influence data. Our deliverables are provided as a professional assistance. The Client must verify all critical dimensions on-site before commencing any fabrication, demolition, or construction based on our data.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables Capturix retains ownership of the raw data and "source files" until full payment is received. Upon payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for the intended project.

5. 3D Twin Hosting For services involving cloud-based hosting (e.g., Matterport, DroneDeploy, QGIS Cloud), hosting is provided for the term specified in the Quote. Capturix reserves the right to suspend hosting for accounts with invoices overdue by more than 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law (Victorian jurisdiction), Capturix’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for that specific project. We are not liable for consequential losses or "downstream" construction errors.

7. Payment Terms Our standard terms are Net 15 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For large-scale projects, a 30% mobilization deposit may be required prior to the first capture.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 20% of the total quote to cover logistical costs.
